Here are some of our main facilities for everyone on site to use:

Kitchens and Toilets

Each office suite has its own public facilities independent from other occupiers in the building. This includes a fully-furnished private kitchen and two toilet blocks equipped with their own sink.

Wi-Fi

The business park features all round and accessible fiber optic internet, great for a fast-paced environment and fantastic reliability.

Ample Parking

Along with fantastic public transport links nearby, we have plenty of parking available for visitors and staff who prefer to drive, with 5 allocated parking spaces per suite.

Security

For everyone’s safety, we have made sure that the site remains as secure and reliable as possible. For this reason, we have installed state-of-the-art alarm systems within each building and 24hr external CCTV motoring. This includes watch over the on-site car park with auto number plate recognition (ANPR).

To ensure suitable entry, we also have remote control barrier access to the car park and a telephone entry system to our office suites.

On-site Landlord

Business parks are often managed by agents or landlord's based in London who never have any personal contact with their tenants.

We have offices on-site so we are available to deal with any queries our tenants may have: as well as enjoying personal relationships with our tenants.
